Avoir un chien comme animal de compagnie c’est bien, le comprendre c’est encore mieux.
Connaître les différents comportements du chien peut d’ailleurs vous permettre de détecter d’éventuels troubles du comportement chez votre compagnon. Certains comportements sont le signe d’une très grande anxiété, d’autres sont des comportements obsessionnels voir même agressifs. Ces différents types de comportement peuvent provenir d’anomalies génétiques mais bien souvent ils sont le résultat d’une négligence de la part du maître ou d’un abus d’autorité. Apprenez les comportements d’un chien et détectez tout ce qui n’est pas normal dans celui de votre compagnon :- Si le chien le lèche de façon excessive et frénétique il s’agit peut-être d’une dermatite, le stress peut en être la cause.
- Si votre chien aboie souvent lorsque vous êtes absent peut-être est-il trop attaché à vous et qu’il le communique ? Cet attachement peut générer de l’anxiété lors de vos absences, dans ce cas il est préférable de consulter un vétérinaire comportementaliste pour lui donner un traitement approprié.
- Si votre chien est agressif peut-être se sent-il menacé ? Peut-être est-ce un défi qu’il vous lance et qu’il tente d’avoir la position dominante dans la meute ?
Bien surveiller le comportement de votre compagnon est donc primordial pour entretenir de bons rapports avec lui et éviter qu’il ne soit également une nuisance pour vos voisins.
